Our home is at walking distance (a couple of minutes) from the nice Park "Paris". The "burgo" (old town) of Las Rozas, with pedestrian street and square, filled with bars and restaurants, is only 10 minutes walking from home.

Right outside our portal there's the bus stop, where you can hop on several lines and reach Madrid downtown (Moncloa) in less than 20 minutes, enjoying both the quietness of a small city and the metropolitan lifestyle of the capital.

For shopping lovers, the internationally famous outlet "Las Rozas Village" is just 5 minutes far by car or bus.

Las Rozas is also halfway between Madrid and El Escorial, well known for its magnificent royal monastery (built in the XVI century) and the quality of its restaurants.

Hi, we are Davide (architect) and Mar (telecommunication engineer). We are a young couple and would love to travel around the world: we have a special interest for big cities and places with a lot of oppurtunities for cultural activities. We are responsible and clean people, we love pets, movies, music (Mar plays the piano, Davide the guitar), books, good food and strolling around cities taking it easy.
