Our house is comfortable and modern and situated on the outskirts of Klagenfurt. It has two floors, a ground floor and a first floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a balcony. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a little study, another bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is a also a terrace leading into a nice garden. There is a basement with several rooms such as a storage room, a utility room etc. The garage is beside the house.

The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in a green and leafy area of Klagenfurt, the capital of Austria's most southern province Carinthia. There are several supermarkets and stores within walking distance. Walking into the city centre takes about half an hour. There is a bus stop nearby with regular bus connections into the city. We have several bicycles that our visitors could use. Klagenfurt is a very nice place for a holiday and especially attractive in summer because of the large Woerther Lake. In winter many tourists like to visit Carinthia because there are plenty of possibilites for winter sports. Something about ourselves

We are Horst (54) and Manuela (48), a married couple and our son Michael, who is 17 years old. Our niece or another relative might join us on our holiday. I am a teacher at a professional school, my wife is an employee and our son attends a secondary school. We are very serious people and would definitely look after our exchange partners' home very well as if it was ours and leave it in a very tidy way.
