We offer a beautiful, full of character, comfortable, clean, and spacious contemporary mexican suburban house. Fully equiped and luxury furnished. 4 bedrooms, play room, formal dining room, huge living room and a "really large" kitchen with adjoining pastrycook warmed with an antique chilean salamandra(stove) are some characteristics of this nice property. A big silo which contains a wonderful international wine cave, a main hall full with spectacular art pieces collected from several countries and a piano always bring a warm welcome to our guests.

Our house is located 1 hour away from Mexico City downtown. The property is inside a very private country club which has club house, swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant with typical food and also a high level of security system. In the middle of a forest, surrended by trees, your family and you will have the chance to experience all the excitement of one of the world's biggest cities, and at the same time to enjoy the peacefulness and calmness that this natural enviorment offers. We are a foreingher family with members from Spain, France, Italy and Chile settled in Mexico for almost 7 years now. We have been blessed with the opportunity of settling down and discovering many different countries around the world. Our family group consists in two daughters 22 and 12), one son (18), and us, Carolina and Manuel, both professionals (non profit and printing/publishing sector) . 2009 was our first exchange experience.... Since then we try to exchange our house one or twice a year. We are open to a non simultaneous exchange.
