My apartment is very quiet and is less than 3klm from Sydney's CBD. It is within easy walking distance of the city, Sydney Harbour, The Domain Gardens, fashionable Oxford Street, NSW Art Gallery and many other attractions. A car is really not necessary. Situated on 3.5 acres of manicured gardens it is across the road from the Edgecliff Centre, Egdecliff train station (2 stops from the city), bus stops, taxi rank, and two supermarkets as well as a variety of other conveniences. Located on the ground level of a condo-style block, the apartment has its own private courtyard garden with outlook over the swimming pool. Trumper Park is next door, with its magnificent local birdlife and the city lights beyond.
