Looking for a beautiful condo in the heart of Orlando to exchange? You have found it! Furnished in mostly antiques but very comfortable and chic, our new condo will be perfect for getting around Central Florida. Our condo is on the 7th (TOP) floor of a complex that was completed in 2008. It is 1 bedroom, 1 bath plus a den with a queen sleeper. All kitchen amenities provided, as are washer/dryer, and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood and beyond! With a double bed in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the den, it will easily sleep 4. The beautiful pool area and terrace has an easy gas fireplace for enjoying the evenings in cooler weather and a fitness center for the use of all residents/guests plus a parking garage. It is located in the heart of one of Orlando's oldest residential neighborhoods that has its own little shops and restaurants within walking distance. Downstairs, on the ground floor of the condo building, a bank, restaurant/wine bar, hair salon and boutique give you a start in enjoying the area. There are several boutiques and restaurants within a 3 block area as well as a major grocery store and drugstore so you will never need a thing! Joe and Margaret, (in our 60's) are both realtors. We usually travel with another couple or sometimes with our daughter and grandaughters (15 & 12) during spring,summer or Christmas holidays. A car exchange would be possible. We have a cat and would not mind caring for your animals if you have them.

Our home is walking distance to a large grocery store and other shopping, restaurants, bars. It is an older neighborhood with beautiful trees, brick streets, lakes and many fine homes. One of our favorite past times is walking or biking around the area. Within 2 miles you will find a golf course, science center (great for kids), art museums and live theatres. It is an easy drive to the beaches on both the east and west coast of Florida, 1 hour to the east coast and not more than 2 hours maximum to the west coast. Walt Disney World and the attractions are just 30 minutes away. Lots of parks, playgrounds and lakes close by. Learn to waterski less than a mile away! Kennedy Space Center is a 45 minute drive and Miami Beach, just 4 hours away. Come and enjoy all Florida has to offer while we enjoy your home. Something about ourselves
