My home is a place when you walk in the front door you are just surrounded by views of the lake and the gardens. The inside has all new furniture which is very modern and a user friendly kitchen. There are two balconies with tables and chairs on each. In the complex there is a very large beachpool, spa, steamroom gym library theatre, and massage room and onsite managers. When you look out of the main bedroom some mornings when it is still the hot air balloons are being filled and sent out. You face the bond university from the bedroom and Burleigh from the main balcony. The lights at night are spectacular even to seeing the Q1 (largest residential building in the world). The gardens are beautifully manicured. There is a boardwalk all around the complex with a beach at one section. There is also a games room with table tennis and pool played.

The shops are within 2mins walk from the apartment. Restaurants the same distance.The beach is a 5 minute drive away. A very large shopping centre Robina is only 10 mins drive away. The train station is within 15 mins drive and goes to the airport and Brisbane every 20 mins. There are some wonderful boardwalk and pavement walking areas surrounding the lake area in fact you can choose different ways to go when it suits. Something about ourselves

I am in my mid 50's and my partner in his early 60s. I have 5 children and I am an IT trainer (mainly for people who have no knowledge of computers) My partner manages a property in NZ. I am neat and tidy and appreciate and respect nice things. I can do swaps and non-recipicial swaps for all of 2011 except Feb March and May
