Our house was built in the 1930`s it has 3 bedrooms upstairs, one kingsize, one small double room and 1 singles room, it will sleep 5. people, there is also a bathroom, It is a warm friendly home with many modern facilities. It has a big garden at the back with large terrace area for b-b-q, and a long front garden. which is set back from the road with stairs, which gives it a very secluded location for London, but which unfortunately makes it unsuitable for people with walking disabilities.

Our house is situated in a residential area called Brockley, we have a few restaurants and bars within walking distance and also three mainline train stations which all run into central London, 20/25 minutes traveling time. the last train to run from central London is about midnight maybe later on the weekends, so no worries about getting home. It`s an ideal base for getting around London central and otherwise, you have historical blackheath and Greenwich, with its funky markets and fantastic park and observatory right on your doorstep, and in central london you will be sure to find something to interest all tastes from the london eye, tower bridge, oxford street shopping, buck palace and all the art gallerys and museums you want, you just wouldn't have enough time to do it all and if you want to hire a car or bring your own as our last swappers did, just let us know as we will be able to direct you to the county of kent with its many beaches and quaint villages, chessington and thorpe park, theme parks and much more as the county of Kent is only an hours drive away. we always leave maps and info for our swappers but if there is anything special or different you want to do just let us know and if we can help you with it we will. ![]() Something about ourselves

We, myself, Leigh (53) approved child carer. Tom (53) police officer. We are a mixed race couple. British and British/Jamaican with two girls, Natalie (18). Simone (15). We enjoy both rural and urban holidays, we have done exchanges to Iceland, dublin, spain and sardinia and all have been a great success. Our girls are well behaved and we will treat your home as we would like ours to be treated. so if you would like to give London a go contact us. if it`s a short stay 4-6 days then we can be flexible but if it`s for a longer holiday, school holidays are best. at the moment we are looking for a beach 2013 summer holiday any suggestions greatly recieved thanks to home exchange we will soon be running out of places to go. we would consider any offers and will reply to all enquries. ![]()
