Our home is located 3 short residential blocks to a beautiful 4 mile stretch of beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach has several restaurants for outdoor dining. Beachwalk is a 24/7 gated community. I have furnished it for a comfortable, homey feel and beachy casual. Most of our artwork are original pieces from our travels all over the world (China, Thailand, Ecuador, Peru, Ireland, Italy). The floor plan is friendly for families. We have both an eat-in kitchen and a dining room. There are queen beds in the master and in the guest room. The third guest room has a double. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have recently been redecorated. We have a library of over 200 movies. There are beach toys for the children, great comfy beach chairs, 2 tennis racquets, roller blades and 2 bicycles for the adults, two heated pools, a hot tub, 6 free clay tennis courts and a bocce court. Our grounds are well manicured with plenty of open, green space surrounding our community. Our condo overlooks a canal and small lake with a fountain. It's very peaceful, tranquil and beautiful. We're a three hour easy car ride to Disney World in Orlando and a two hour ride to Miami Beach. These are nice overnite or long day trips. We also have many beautiful islands that are within an hours driving distance (Sanibel, Pine, Useppa to name a few). The weather is sunny and warm year round.

We're open to go just about anywhere. Make us an offer!!! You will love Naples!!! We are 3 blocks from the Ritz Carlton Resort on the beach. In the opposite direction is a small neighborhood shopping center for the everyday necessities. There's no need to get into your car during your stay. Everything needed is within walking distance. This area is known for it's great variety of golf courses and beautiful beaches (one of which was voted #1, Wiggins Pass State Park and my personal favorite!). Wiggins Pass Inlet is also a great place to fish right off the beach. There are wonderful fine & casual dining places on and off the beach within walking distance. If you want to drive, there are art galleries, boutiques, museums (The Edison/Ford Museums), a zoo, canoeing, kayaking, several nature preserves well-worth visiting. I particularly enjoy the Corkscrew Sanctuary. The Everglades is also within an hour's drive. Naples is a lovely, picturesque resort town. We have been coming to Naples 20 years and look forward to our visits everytime. Something about ourselves

Dave and I are small business owners in Cleveland, Ohio. My husband is an avid outdoor enthusiast, loving to sail (in many regattas), bike, swim, ski, anything to do w. nature. I get seasick so I'm not so keen on the sailing but I love nature, skiing, the beach, the arts, home decorating and traveling is my 1st love. We have done several exchanges and have been very pleased with all of them. Our guests have been very considerate and caring of our home. We will care for your home as if it were our own. Non-simultaneous exchanges are welcome. For easy access from Europe, there are direct flights to Ft. Myers International Airport and an easy 25 minute drive from there to our condo. Ocassionally we travel w. another couple. Please, no offers for a rental instead of an exchange. I am only interested in exchanges.
