A cottage style wooden house from the beginning of last century, located next to the beautiful lake Furesoen. The house is separated in two apartments - we live in the groundfloor. The house is modernized and the original, charming details are preserved. We have our own garden and share the lakeside with our neighbours. Here you can swim, go canooing and have a BBQ while you watch the sunset.

Holte is one of the most exclusive parts of Copenhagen, 15 km from the center, and in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Denmark. Dominated by forrests, lakes and beautiful homes. Shops, restaurants and train station is within walking distance, and there is train connection to the center of Copenhagen every five minutes. We are a doctor and an architect, both in our forties, and three boys. Kathrin works as a paediatrician in a hospital. Jesper works for the municipality of Copenhagen. Gustav (18), Laurits (15) and Jakob(10) visit the local schools. The boys are very fond of playing music, mainly the piano and the guitar. In our sparetime we love to relax by the lakeside with swimming, canooing, sailing and surfing - and skating in the wintertime. We are very fond of exchanging homes and sometimes cars. Since 2007 we have done seven very succesfull exchanges to Kent (England), Terracina and Umbria(Italy), Florida, Berlin, Greece and Stockholm.
