The apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities in a secure complex. It has an open California floor plan to take advantage of panoramic views...sunsets over Catalina Island. 46" HDTV in living room and master bedroom. I have a maid who will come before and after you leave...a real vacation for you.

You can walk to beautiful beach and 3 mile boardwalk, rent a bicycle, enjoy Balboa and Newport piers and have a meal there. Great restaurants. Best location. Newport Bay cruise is really fun. Popular Surf City (Huntington Beach, 8 mile boardwalk), enjoy artsy Laguna Beach, SanDiego (SeaWorld), Los Angeles (Hollywood), Palm Springs, DisneyLand, Queen Mary in Long Beach, Museums(Getty, Nixon, Reagan). Catalina Island is 45 minute ferry. SouthCoast Plaza (five-star shopping center)and Newport Fashion Island (outdoor shopping center) are near for great shopping. The community has many active activities, golfing, beach, surfing or just watching, biking, rowing on the back bay. The Orange County Performing Arts(concerts, plays)is nearby.
