Our NON SMOKING bright and very clean apartment is located in the center of Budapest. This is our second flat, VERY QUIET at the top floor of the building (5th floor) and the access is done by a lift. The size is 60 m2 with 2 rooms, 1 is the living room with kitchen and the other is the bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200). The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking: fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine... In the living room there is a Internet Wi-Fi, TV (flat screen)with Hungarian channels, English channels and one French channel. Also there is a DVD player with DVDs in English and French, and also books in English language. In the living room there is also air-cond and a possible sleep on the sofa for 1 kid. There is a bathroom (with toilet together) and a balcony.

Hungary is located in the middle of Europe! Budapest is the city of the Austro-hungarian kings and the famous queen Sissi. From the flat you can walk to the thermal bath, Opera, museums, zoo, boulevards, Liszt academy of music... You can take, at the end of our street, the oldest European continental subway located just one floor below the road. With the subway you can quickly get connections to go anywhere in the city (castle, bridges, parliament, city wood, other museums...). Fast connection to the trams, trolleys, other metro lines and railways stations to go in the country or further away like Praha in Tchequie! From Budapest you are 2.30 hours from Vienna (Austria) by train or more by boat in summer! From Budapest you can also get low cost flights (about 120 Euros round trip) to London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin, Nice, Lyon... Something about ourselves

We are two retired people of 60 years old. We use to leave in France and retire here in Budapest because this is quiet, friendly and my wife is born in Hungary. She was fitness teacher and I was handling a small component aircraft company.
