A charming, spacious, completely remodeled apartment in older building with garden. 2 rooms + eat-in kitchen, lots of light, air conditioning with remote control, central heating (individual control). This is our second home, we live in the U.S.

Great neighborhood, very green quiet street (for a major city), 2nd floor, overlooking the garden, parking no problem (although permit required), excellent transportation, bus stop in front of the building). My husband is a geologist and I am a professor of cultural studies at Villanova University. We live in Philadelphia. We love children, although we do not have any. Travel is our hobby. We speak 6 languages between the two of us. We are flexible and hospitable.
