Ocean is close and can be seen from our deck, garden and several windows, private pool with wood deck and pool house, the perfect spot for a evening drink!. outdoor aromatherapy spa. It is an indoor-outdoor living home! tastefully furnished with a mix of tropical atmosphere. Hight speed internet with DSL, family room plasma TV /VCR/DVD/DVIX/BlU RAY (DVD collection) with prologic sound/TV; Xbox 360. CD player in bedrooms plasma TV in master bedroom Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, expresso/capuccino machine, breville juice fontain. I love cooking so you can find everything to prepare a gourmet meal after going to the farmer and fish market !(I am slow food adept) enjoy on the veranda a breakfast with French croissant and good expresso, fresh juice with a lot of tropical birds around you! Outdoor dining room for 6. All bedrooms have AC. iMac. available, WIFI access inside and outside you can bring your laptop. there are a detached guest cottage in the garden available for non simultaneous exchange (for 2 peoples)

Experienced exchangers. all the family has travelled extensively in Europe, USA,Canada and Mexico and have a great respect for other properties.
Pets care: we have two sweet dogs: yellow lab and Boxer we prefer stay at home. Limited care just feed and water once a day ;we would appreciate also a plant care.
We are conciencious people and will give the same respect of your home than ours ; we would appreciate you do the same! for us home exchange is NOT "free hotel , never forget it is not my home !" We would do best exchanges with people with similar values .
we would prefer exchange with "eco friendly" people , simultaneous exchange with main home or non simultaneous trade with 2 peoples use of our private guest house.
