Description of our house

This is a two storey home recently upgraded and renovated, with new kitchen and two washrooms that can sleep up to 6 comfortably. Lower level contains kitchen, bathroom and common room that contains dinning room, living space and sleeping quarters. Upper level is a large bedroom that can sleep four, ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the Messinia Valley. There is a phone, with high speed internet, a TV, an outdoor eating area and a one acre garden with all kinds of fruits trees (orange, lemon, tangerine, fig, pear, pomegranate), olive trees and grape vines.

Located in the small, peaceful village of Arfara (population 2 thousand) craddled by mountains on to the North and West. It is about 15 km north of the town of Kalamata which has approxiamately 60 thousand people. The relaxing village has a central platia, taverns, quality restaurants, and groceries. A public bus travels to Kalamata every hour where you will find all kinds of restaurants, taverns, and nightlife and beaches. Something about ourselves

I (Elias) am a retired electrical engineer and my wife Mary is a retired highschool teacher. Our primary residence is in Canada, north of Toronto. Greece is where I grew up and the home there is second home (house that my great-grandfather built). As it is my second residence it is available all year around. I usually am there in the summer time (July and August) although dates are flexible.
