Our house is situated 10 minutes stroll to the village. The villa is built on a big plot of land with a nice mediterranian garden and parking place. The apartment is on the first floor and has a big and shady balcony with barbeque. From there you have a nice panorama view to the village and mountains. Nice neighbours are included, we are living downstairs :-) We can offer the apartment for exchange til the end of june and from the middle of september.It is a very good time because the weather is wonderful warm and the island is not crowded.

Our neighborhood
The house is in a quiet and green neighbourhood. Our neighbours are four similar houses and a small pension. About 100m away is the ringroad going to the beaches, village and airport. Something about ourselves
We are Emmanouel and Ingrid a Greek-German couple middle-aged and have two sons 30 and 20 years old. We run a business in the town and spend the summer on the island. In the wintertime we are mostly in Germany. We like travelling, nature and have a big and very friendly sheppard dog.  marks the location of this home
