Very comfortable home, with beautiful views, old forest, perfect place to discover Germany and Netherlands in one trip, close to golf, and to many important cities in Europe.
The house is equipped with central heating, colour TV and internet.
Is on the second floor of our house. It use to be our childrens home but they are gone for many years and it is now all year around free. It has a new kitchen and bathroom and everything is in perfect two bedroom and a big livingroom and dining room. In summer you can enjoy our garden, grill place and flowers. This is a second home for us, so the exchange does not need to be at the same time with you. Domestic help available. Our neighbourhood is very quiet and safe; the neighbours are friendly and also open to help if you need information.
We have here thousand fun possibilities. Within 2 minutes of walking out of my front door, you are up in the national forest with amazing old trees. Within a few minutes you have access to golf playing, horseback riding, bicycles biking, and some great walking trails.

The city of Emmerich is situated in a remarkably convenient position on the wide green plain of the lower Rhine valley directly on the Rhine River and is the gateway to the Netherlands with a colourful historical past.
It is centrally located in Europe and allow you to use it as home base to explore much of Germany, Holland and Belgium as well. Within an hour or two driving time you can easily get to many important cities like Düsseldorf, Köln, Müster, Aachen, Nimwegen, Utrecht, Brussel etc..

My husband is metal engineer and he has been working around the world in consulting for cupper companies. I am a medical doctor and psychotherapist and I am still working in medical care.
Because my husband was working abroad in different countries we speak many languages (German, English, Spanish and Italian) my husband speaks better Italian as I do.
My husband play Tennis and I make Tai-Bo regularly; we all love sport and active life.
I love to cook and make nice meals at weekend. We have very nice cosmopolitan friends. We enjoy having nice things ourselves, and therefore would know how to take care of yours. We are considerate people and will do our most to make sure that your home and your belongings are left in the same condition as we find them. We have home insurance which covers anything that might go wrong
