The apartment is part of building from around 1900, with well presevered wooden floors, stucco ceilings, and beautiful original doors. It is quite spacious and very bright covering approx. 110 square meters, with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and bathtub, bedroom, living room, and study, including two balconies. For families we also can provide a baby bed and a tiny guest room with a bunk bed for two. This guest room is additional to the other rooms and can also be used as a bedroom for children.

We live in the center of a multicultural up and coming southern district of Berlin. Subway is just outside the door with fast connection to all important destinations. The area offers multiple opportunities for shopping, lots of bars, galeries, restaurants, and a beautiful art nouveau public bath. Four parks are in walking distance, among them the former Tempelhof airfield, which is the largest public park in Berlin offering a multitude of open-air activities. Something about ourselves

We are a young family of four: Katharina, Tomasz and our one year old baby twins Paula and Szymon. Tomasz is a PhD-fellow in literature and Katharina is a free lance theatre director. We are planning to go to New York for a period of 4-6 months for a research scholarship at NYU.
