Our appartment is not very extravagant but convenient. It is in a very quiet building from the beginning of the 20th century. We are at a bright fourth floor with a balcony without neighbours living above us but without a lift as well! The flat has five rooms and two exits: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room and 1 work/guestroom. The ceilings are high and decorated with stucco, floors are parquet and planks.
Notre appartement n'est pas luxueux mais très confortable. ll est très calme et dans un immeuble soigné datant du début du 20e siècle. Nous sommes au 4e étage lumineux avec balcon sans locataires au dessus de nous mais aussi sans ascenseur! L'appartement a 5 pièces et 2 issues, 2 chambres à coucher, 1 salon, 1 salle à manger, 1 bureau-chambre d'amis-débarras. Des plafonds hauts décorés de moulures et de beaux parquets. The district of Schöneberg is totaly central and offers a nice mixture (families, gays,multicultural, hip) with many bars and restaurants and one of the most famous farmer´s markets of Berlin right around the corner at Winterfeldplatz. Public transport very close. About Berlin? Just fantastic!

Métro et bus sont tout proches. Et que dire de Berlin? C'est tout simplement une ville formidable! We are a french-german family: Felix(46), Jeanne(42), Leo(10) and Maxim (8). Felix manages a language school and Jeanne works for a publishing company. The children are bilingual, so we have a big collection of french books, films and games. We had 2 very successfull swaps in spain and France. We are not pedantic but respect other's properties and attach great importance to concluded agreements. See yoo soon!

Les enfants sont bilingues, il y a donc chez nous de nombreux films, livres et jeux en francais! Nous ne sommes pas maniaques chez nous mais très respectueux du bien d'autrui et accordons beaucoup d'importance aux engagements pris.
