We bought this small and cosy flat on a 4th floor with elevator just 2 years ago and it is brand new furnished. You have small American kitchen, a double bed, flatscreen with dvd, coffee machine, radio and fridge and a small balcony where you may smoke and enjoy a glass of wine, its small but location is great. . We are also willing to swap our Antwerp house, please ask if you are interested.

We offer our second home in the middle of former West-Berlin, only few steps from famous Kurfürstendamm and public transport to all airports and stations and the whole city. Its a lively area with a shopping mall near by and lots of nice restaurants and bars where you can eat for less then 10 euro or buy your own stuff and cook. Something about ourselves

We are a German/Belgium couple 56 and 66 years old with a lot of time to travel, we are in the antiques business and live in Antwerp. We know all fleamarkets around Europe and love to travel by caravan, but in big cities we prefere to swap. We are also willing to swap our Antwerp house, please ask if you are interested.
