We offer a ligth and spacious apartment in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. Like almost the whole Prenzlauer Berg it has been reconstructed a few years ago. There ist a large living-room to relax, listen to the music (or even watch TV!) and a smaler one with a sofa - kind of a library. After we redecorated the bedrooms last winter there is one major bedroom with king-size bed and an office/guest-room with a smaller bed (130cm, new photos will follow). In the heart of the apartment you will find the large kitchen with dining area. The apartment got two small balconys: One to watch the street the other to dry the laundry. The bathroom is very small, but there is a second WC.

Our neighborhood
The Boetzowviertel is one of the most wanted areas in Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is situated in a calm street. Many shops and restaurants, only five minutes to the second biggest park in Berlin-Center with cafés and an open air cinema from june to september. The public transport in Berlin is excellent and it takes 5 minutes to a tram-station from where you get in 8 minutes to Alexanderplatz every 5 minutes during the day. Something about ourselves
We are both 46 years old and are both jugdes (no need to be afraid!). We are not the complicate type. We had four very successful exchanges in 2008 (London and Paris) and in 2009 (Rome and Lisbon) and are now looking for exchanges in 2010. We would like to exchange with London again, but it is not only the big cities we are interested in.  marks the location of this home
