Description of our house
Our flat is placed in the very center of Berlin, in Mitte. It is in in a calm and friendly sidestreet on the third floor.
We have a big combined kitchen-living room with a sofa, fridge, freezer, oven and of course cooking equipment,a childrens room with a bed for two, keyboard and aquarium, a bedroom with a bed for two with a piano and TV, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
I also have a studio nearby (3 minutes walk from home) with two working rooms.

Our neighborhoodThe enviroment is pretty and calm, a childrens playground just 1 minute walk, bakery and cafes, pubs and places to go nearby. Within walking-distance you find an enourmous range of nightlife, cinemas, Art, Architecture and places of historical interest.
The island of Museums is within walking distance as well as the famous shopping mile Friedrichstrasse.
Ideal for tourists without car.
For longer exchange you could also use the studio to work.

Something about ourselvesI am Claudia, a 48 years old artist and I live with my 10-year-old son Aaron. Our friend Dan is an architect, he would like to join us. So we are two grown-ups and one child. We are open to any destinations as we botth love travelling and being at places we have not been before.
