Our neighborhoodCountryside,ideally located as a touring base our typical bavarian town offers easy access to famous Bavarian cities of Murnau, Oberammergau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Bad Tölz in about half an hour. In 45 min you can reach center of Munich. Every hour a train is running to Munich- Hauptbahnhof.
Easy access to lake Kochelsee just opposite the house, lovley surroundings to take a walk. Look for other lakes as Walchensee, Ammersee, Staffelsee, Starnberger See. Find out about bavarian way of life with Biergärten and spectacular countryside.

Something about ourselvesWe are family of four: Manfred 47, Rosemarie 45, working as doctor in clinic and our children Jan-Patrick,11, who is handicapped with Down-Syndrome and Marie-Chantal 4 years old. We love to stay together and explore new surroundings or to undertake trips for a long weekend. We are open minded but not really flexible in dates because of childrens schools. We love to stay in France, Italy and are curious about all propositions prefering watersides.
