We offer a nice urban flat in an old beautiful house, very close to the city centre. We live in the 4th floor(with elevator), with a small balcony facing south in the backyard with trees in front. We have 3 rooms, a kitchen that is big enough to sit and eat, a new bathroom with beautiful Spanish tiles, a big bath, a toilet plus a pissoir and floor heating. In the rest of the flat there is old wooden parquet. The 3 rooms are:

We live in a very nice lively and beautiful quartier, there are always people on the street, many kids around. There are a lot of restaurants down the street, a few bars and a nice playground for children. The river in just a five minute walk away, there you can swim, sunbath, go for a walk, jogging, riding the bike,... Something about ourselves

We are a married couple (32 and 35) with our kid emil (1,5). We are both freelancer in the cultural business. Benjamin is a sound engineer in theatre and live concerts, Gabi is a photographer for theatre and actors portraits. We like the urban city with its cultural live, the people and events as much as the countryside, the nearby mountains, lakes, and the sea. we travel a lot. We have a campervan where we've been in many places all around europe. We try to live a good work-life-balance, so we both are not sitting in offices 50 hours a week.
