Description of our house

Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a large kitchen with adjoining dining room. The living room is spacious, with TV, IPod and Internet connection. In the second floor we have three bedrooms (two children and one master) and two separate bathrooms with toilets. On the third floor there is another big attic studio. In the basement you can find a washing room with washmachine, next to it a guest room with a separate guest toilet, a wine cellar and a gym. Around the house we have a small garden with trees and children's playtoys. In the garage we store three adults and three kids bikes, and two rollers, among BBQ sets and garden furniture.

The house is located in the picturesque town Grunwald, located only three kilometers from Munich. This location is ideal for families with children. There is a streetcar connection from Grunwald, to Munich city center (25 min). The Alps are only about 50 minutes drive, and it offers numerous wonderful hiking and skiing places. We are a Hungarian family living in Germany since 2008. We have two daughters (Sarolta 10, Eszter 8) and a son (Laszlo, 4 years old). We built this house in 2010. We love to travel, bike and cook :-).
