The condo was built in 2007, is equipped with a basement garage, elevator and playground. Our apartment is on the 4th floor, has wooden parquet,a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, one large living room with TV, a cozy leather couch, a cable TV with ESPN for the sports Fans :-), dinette sitting 6 people, one small lavatory, one large bed room, one office and a baby room for our little girl. The whole apartment is Wireless LAN accessible. We do have two balconys on two sides. We would recommend our home to a small family (fully baby equipped) with one or two children or to a senior couple. Anyway you can easily stay with 4 people. We would usually swap for 1 or 2 weeks. We are currently focused on the US, but we are honoured to receive any of your suggestions and we will allways reply!

Our neighborhood
Our apartment is 1,2 miles from the city centre Marienplatz and Hofbräuhaus. The next tram is 2 minutes walk and Munich main station is 600 yards. From there you can reach the Alps and the Zugspitze or Salzburg/Austria within 1 1/2 hours. The Augustiner Brewery one of the oldest breweries is just on the other side of the street, one minute walk from us. http://www.augustiner-braeu.de/enabfrage.html Bakeries, groceries, butchers and restaurants are just around the corner and in walking distance. We are a married couple in the mid 30 and have a little baby of 6 months. I am working from home as a Regional Sales Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland for an American company in the Automotive business. My wife is a goldsmith but takes care of our home and the baby at the moment. We really enjoy travelling very much. So we thought it would be a good idea if we can exchange homes and see the country as a resident. We can organize to have our friends (english speaking) to welcome or pick you up and give explanations to our home and city. I am also able to organize tickets to see a Football match of FC Bayern Munich in the famous Allianz Arena housing 70.000 people. Stroll around Munich City centre or visit a picturesque Christmas marekt in winter. Have a beer in the world famous Hofbräuhaus or go skiing in the Alps or take a trip to the Castle Neuschwanstein. Salzburg is only 1hour by train. We really love our home and are taking good care of it, as much will we do so with yours!
