Description of our house
Apartment in the west of Munich. It is easy to get to the city centre of the beautiful town and visit all the sights, also great base for exploring many traditional beergardens in and out of town and the amazing surrounding countryside: the Alps, Ludwig's castles, pretty lakes like Ammersee, Tegernsee, Chiemsee and Starnberger See and much more. Thousand of possibilities for hiking and swimming. Also not far away from beaufiful Salzburg (Austria), which is also host of the famous Summer festival with opera, concerts and theaters. Also not too far away from Italy, possible to do longer trips to beautiful Lake Garda, Milan, Verona etc.
Apartment is very conveniently located, next train station 15 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by bus, from there frequent train connections into the surrouding area and also a direct tram connection form the apartment into town.
Apartment has one large living-room with access to the balcony and a pull-out couch for two if needed, a smaller bedroom with one single bed (soon to be a double bed) and also access to the balcony, the balcony facing south-west, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a seperate toilet.

Our neighborhoodMunich is a very pretty town in Bavaria surrounded by a magnificent counryside. It has many interesting museums and art galleries, good nightlife, restaurants and also the very pretty Nymphenburg Palace of the Bavarian Kings with its magnificent park is worth a visit.
The area of Munich where I live has also nice shops and also a very cute little grocery market, where you can buy good cheese, produce, wine, famous German sausages etc.
