Description of our house
We can offer a lovely styled apartment in an old house with one master sleeping room, a living room with a convertible bed (but comfortable), a large kitchen with dining table, bathroom and separate WC. The apartment has modern furniture that creates an interesting contrast to the old rooms and the oak floor makes a warm atmosphere in the high rooms with stucco on the ceiling.

Our neighborhoodThe apartment is situated in the heart of a thousand-year-old city with a wonderful cathedral and a very rich history. There are many places to visit, f- ex. the bishop's palace
as well as churches and castles. In every case you should enjoy the good Bamberg beer in one of the traditional inns or in summer in a beer garden! The historic city of Bamberg belongs to the UNESCO world heritage and is one of the most beautiful cities of the world! You need no car because you can reach the restaurants and cafes as well as the places of interest by foot!

Something about ourselvesMy husband Manfred (48) is an engeneer and I (Karin, 47)am interior designer. We would like to see the world and meet nice people from anywhere. We have two adult sons who are already going their own ways.We like to explore cities, often on a short trip, but we also love nature, especially the sea. This is our first attempt with a house exchange and we are curious what will happen !
