Description of our house
Our home is children friendly since we have 3 children from 2 to 6 years old.
Our house is big, cosy and comfortable. Downstairs, we have an opened space (dining-room, living room and kitchen with a fire-place. very romantic in Winter.
There is also a bathroom and a bedroom.
The 1st floor is dedicated to bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms and a beautiful teak bathroom.
Upstairs, there is the also a large open space under the roof, with an attic, a TV, a play room and a bedroom.
2 persons or more could sleep in the attic...very cosy when it rains...
We have a nice garden with a jacuzzi and a sauna, a trampolin and nice flowers.

Our neighborhoodIt is a great neighbourhood. All our neighbours are very friendly and international. We always find occasions to make street parties !
There is a huge park 100m away from our house as well as an ice-skate field (120m),indoor and outdoor tennis courts (150m away) and a great swimming pool (500m away). We are 5 subway stations from the Center (Odeonsplatz). Our subway station (Michaelibad) is 10 min away by foot.
We are very close (but not too close !) to the highway that leads directly to the mountains and the numerous lakes of Bavaria).

Something about ourselvesI am french and work half-time (Internet)and my husband is German and just founded a new consulting company in the Internet Industry also. We speak english together since we both studied in the US. We have 3 kids who know very much how to behave and we teach them to respect others'property.
We are very curious about other places and would love to discover anything. We are unfortunately limited to our kids school holidays. However, we are always gone in August for 3 weeks to our summer house in Greece and could arrange for a non-simultanuous exchange.
