Single-family-home, surrounded by vineyards in the center of beautiful swabian tuscany. On top of a hill with a great view. Very less traffic, very quiet and TOP for Kids and babies/toddler/young children. We have a small Kids-Pool in the garden, a very huge trampoline, a teeter-totter, children's slide, sand-box, two children's swings and a small area for basketball. Bicycles with a child-seat available, too.
It doesn't matter if you exchange with us in summer or winter, you'll enjoy all amenities for sure. Quite every winter we get snow and when it's enough, the next Ski-Lift is only 25 km far away. If you just want to have fun with your sledge, enjoy the kids-track right beside the house, only 1 minute by feet. You'll love it.
The house itself has 1 bedroom for parents (with waterbed), 2 bedrooms for children (first bedroom with one bed, second bedroom with two beds) and a bedroom for two toddler/babies/young children with two small beds which can also be used as another bedroom with an inflatable Queen Size Bed. We have full equipment for toddler/young children.
Furthermore are a living room with cable TV, DVD, PayTV and Internet-PC, a full equipped kitchen, two showers, a corner Bath tub, a dryer, a microwave, a dish washer and a washing machine.
We have three bunnies and one water-turtle which will stay at home while we exchange. If you can't carry about, no problem. We will find a solution. We also have a small dog (Beagle) which will come with us if it is okay with you or the dog will stay at my parents while we exchange.

Our three weeks in Obersulm were amazing! The house is just perfect... very clean with everything (and more) that you could possibly wish for. this family made every effort to make our welcome perfect. They left a detailed book on how everything in the house works as well as providing brochures on many things to do in the area. Obersulm is very well situated with many places to visit. The location of the house itself is wonderful... on top of a small hill. From here you have views of the vineyards, the orchards and the surrounding valleys. There is so much to do... the local lake is more like an incredibly well-equipped beach... it was perfect for swimming, running and walking. All the roads in the area have cycle paths running alongside so cycling was safe for us and for the children. Do not have any preconceived ideas about going to Germany on holiday. This place is simply fantastic and you will not regret it! If you are in any doubt about choosing this family for home exchange we can put you in touch with them and we're sure we can convince you. In short, this place is a well-kept secret! It comes with our highest recommendation. We found our house exactly as we had left it... spotless! Heilbronn is the next biggest city to us and offers countless restaurants, pubs, cinemas and of course sights, too. All you need for your entertainment in the evening.
Around an hour by car, you can visit different theme parks, water-parks, Formula 1 racetrack and professional soccer called "Bundesliga". It's up to you, but we can already assure you, that you will as much enjoy your vacation in our home as our guests did before and you will never feel bored.
