Description of our house

Single-family-home, surrounded by vineyards. On top of a hill with a great view. Very less traffic, very quiet and TOP for Kids and babies/toddler! We have a small Kids-Pool in the garden, a very huge trampoline, a teeter-totter, children's slide, sand-box, two children's swings and a small area for basketball. Bicycles with a child-seat available, too. The house itself has 1 bedroom for parents (waterbed), 2 bedrooms for children (first bedroom with 1 bed, second bedroom with two beds) and a bedroom for two toddler/babies with two small beds which can also be used as another bedroom with an inflatable Queen Size Bed. We have full equipment for toddler! Furthermore are a living room with cable TV, DVD, PayTV and Internet-PC, a full equipped kitchen, two showers, a corner Bath tub, a dryer, a microwave, a dish washer and a washing machine. We have four bunnies and two water-turtles which will stay at home while we exchange. If you can't carry about, no problem. We will find a solution. We also have a small dog (Beagle) which will stay with my parents while we exchange.

Five minutes away is a public Playground, a Skateboard area, a basketball field and a soccer field. In town is a great public outdoor pool, around five doctors, dentists and pharmacy. Next Hospital is around 12 miles away. In town are also around 5 different supermarkets, several public playgrounds, different restaurants with german, italian, greece and turkish cuisines. Also several pups are available in town. If you want more, so you can visit Heilbronn, the next bigger city. Heilbronn is around 12 miles away. There are countless restaurants, pubs, cinemas and of course sights, too. All you need for your entertainment in the eveing. One mile away is a beautiful, big lake for swimming, boating (canoes) and fishing. Reachable by feet in only 10 minutes. Reachable within 30 minutes by car are countless castles to visit. Other sights/activities nearby are a theme park, water-parks, F1 Racetrack and many many more. Our house is close to famous cities like Heidelberg, Mannheim, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Strasbourg (F) and many more. Two hours away are the borders of France, Austria and Switzerland. 3 hours away to Luxembourg and 4 hours away to Poland and Belgium. Something about ourselves

We are Manuel and Corinna, a married couple with one teenager, one child and two toddler. We love to show the kids the world, and I think home exchange is the BEST way to do it. Our children are very well behaved and respectful, and love to travel. I have worked as a software developer for around 16 years now.
