Description of our house
Modern house in a small housing estate directly at the Lake Constance (Bodensee) ; in one calm and sunny situation, adjoining at the beautiful nature protected area.
Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious;
it has an modern living- and diningroom,
one bedroom with a double water bed, one bedroom with classic double bed, and 1 single bed room,
one bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, and one shower bath.
One further room we use as our homeoffice.
The modern kitchen is full equipped; with microwave, cerium field and hot-air oven, dishwasher, and automatic coffeemaker.
Adjoining to the kitchen is the housekeeping room with washing machine and a dryer.

Our neighborhoodThe Lake Constance(Bodensee) is the largest lake of Germany and was called also; the Swabian sea. He is adjoining in west to the Switzerland and southern to Austria.
This area is one of the most beautiful holiday areas that Europe has to offer : (www.bodensee-tourismus.com/).
The environment offers an experience in a concentrated form. Everything that makes Lake Constance inviting is found here in a very limited area: unspoilt shores along which unique flora and fauna flourish, beautifully located islands and peninsulas, fantastic bays and softly rolling hills, proud castles, mysterious monasteries and romantic palaces, culinary delights and a breed of people who make it easy for you to truly feel welcome.
This is a particularly beautiful environment to relax; for example by swimming, walking or with the bicycle.
In environs are all shopping possibilities, restaurants and cafes and different water sports offers : (www.tourismus-untersee.eu/Region_Untersee_en.mfpx?ActiveID=1775).
The next city Radolfzell; a friendly small city with best shopping possibilities is in only 10 minutes distance by car. The next supermarket is in 4 km distance.
To the Switzerland are only 15 km.
The historical town Konstanz and the popular island Mainau is in only 24 km distance.
There are very good traffic facilities with bus, train and ship, and beautiful excursion possibilities.

Something about ourselvesWe a married couple of middle age; I am Christine work as architect and real estate broker, and my husband Werner as industrial manager.
Our four adult children and two grandchildren live in the closer surroundings.
At the moment we have 2 very nice cats.
We like so much to travel, and love the sea; particularly the Caribbean and the Indian Ocean, and look preferentially for exchanges near the beach, or to a nice bath lake. Also in Europe, the Middle East, or the USA; most important near the beach. However, we are also interested always in one-week-trips, to nice towns in Europe, for example; Rome, Milan, Paris, London, Budapest or Berlin.
