A large new modern house (150m2) open on a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and sea view. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen opened on a large living room (80m2), with direct access to a large terrace, oriented to the sea (south) and a garden with trees, palms and flowers. Our house is located on the edge of a forest at west. A lot of walks are possible from the house in the forest.

Our house is a peaceful place, nested on the hill facing the sea, surrounded by forest, and is an ideal place to relax. Our summers are hot, fine in between seasons. Very near to the sea and facing the “Golden Islands” (name given to Porquerolles and Port Cros islands), it is located half way between Nice and Marseille, and 15 Km from Toulon-Hyeres airport. Many cultural and sports tours are available in the vicinity, and always in wonderful sceneries and landscapes. Here, nature is on the shore! Famous for 300 sunshiny days per year, Queen Victoria used to spend her winter holidays in Hyeres. Something about ourselves

We are Sandrine (50) and Michel (55), a married couple with one teenager girl(20) and one boy (17.5). We are both professionals (arts teacher and commercial and legal mngr) and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have done two home exchange before ( Australie et PARIS) and are keen to try again,what we believe is a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see ours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Provence (south of France).
