Situé au c½ur de Lyon, dans le 6ème arrondissement, dans un quartier dynamique et très recherché, à 500m du centre-ville, proche de toutes les commodités. Nous sommes à 10 min à pied du parc de la tête d'or, de la Presqu'île, à 3 min des Hall Paul Bocuse et à 15 min de la gare Part-Dieu. Les transport sont à proximité également. Notre appartement est situé au 5ème étage (avec ascenseur), dans une copropriété est très agréable à vivre, lumineux, avec 2 balcons dont un où l'on peut manger.
Notre appartement peut accueillir 2, voir 3/4 personnes, vous y trouverez une cuisine équipée avec balcon, un salon avec canapé-lit et grand balcon plein Sud, une sdb baignoire, une chambre/bureau.
Pour la décoration intérieure, nous y avons apportée beaucoup de soin afin d'en faire un appartement cosy où il est bon de flâner.

Nous sommes un jeune couple de 25 ans vivant ensemble depuis 2 ans.
Noémie, originaire de la région parisienne et Olivier de Nancy, nous sommes tombés amoureux de Lyon durant nos études supérieures. Nous nous y sommes installés définitivement.
Noémie, ingénieur projet dans le bâtiment, pratique la peinture et le dessin.
Olivier ingénieur Génie Civil et Architecte, passionné de photographie.
Nous pratiquons la course à pied, le vélo,...
We are a young couple of 25 years living together for 2 years. Noémie, native of Paris and Olivier of Nancy, we fell in love with Lyon during high school. We are now definitively settled here. Noémie, building project engineer, practises painting and drawing. Olivier civil engineering and Architect, passionate of photography. Nature lover and sportsman, we practice running, bike...
