Description of our house
Our home is 200 sqm furnished simply but comfortably on two levels. Two self contained apartments of 100 sqm(one we sometimes rent out,so only three weeks available for exchange during the summer)each, with 3 bedrooms on each level, open plan living/dining kitchen area and wonderful verandahs overlooking the mountain opposite and the Med(16kms) in the distance. On the ground floor there is our young daughter's room with a cot,our son's bedroom, the parental suite(with sea views),open plan living/kitchen area leading on to the closed in verandah where our dining room is situated(we never get tired of the views when we eat there). On the first floor you will find approximately the same set up but this time with 3 double bedrooms, the only difference being the verandah here is a little closer to the stars so a great place to stargaze from. Our home was built in 1998 and has most modern amenities you might require,Tv by satellite access, laptop with internet access by dial up(too far from phone exchange),games for young children. The garden is large(2400sqm)with some steep areas and has a small wood next to it.We have an above the ground pool of 7x3 mtrs again with lovely views of the mountain and of the sea in the distance. The house is facing Southeast and we get wonderful sunrises over the sea between the months of May to September as well as eagles flying overhead, swifts ballet in front of our dining room windows and the cicadas concert in summer.

Something about ourselvesWe are a Franco-British couple that has recently returned to live in France after a long spell in the UK.We have two well behaved children(most of the times):-) born in 2002 and 2005,they are well travelled and are adaptable to new surroundings and destinations..We love nature, hiking in the hills, swimming, running, scubadiving, good books(our household is bilingual and so are the books),good food and to have fun as a family. We love to travel and we want our children to realise that the planet has many different people, cultures and natural beauty to discover.Home exchanging seems to be the ideal way for us to travel now, as we would like a little more home comfort for our travelling family.Feel free to email us if our listing is of any interest to you and your family(we answer every query, even if negatively). We would love to get to know you better by phone and email before our exchange takes place. We also have a 12 year old shar-pei dog called Zak, who is very friendly and loves everybody.Google earth coordinates: 42°30'31.26"N 2°51'49.95"E If you download Google earth,it will show you our local area in details.
