Our flat is on the top floor of a 5 level residence just in front of the beach: small living-room but little balcony and splendid view on bay and mountains. 2 double bedrooms, 1 overlooking the bay, 2nd one on a little garden. The 3rd offers superimposed beds and overlooks bay and mountains. It has a lift from higher ground floor and a concierge. We let you use our household linen if you wish.

Our neighborhood
Located in the typical fishing town of St Jean de Luz, walking distance from the town-centre (station, port, cinema, library, Louis XIV house, TORO de fuego!) you'll have the opportunity to practise water-sports, mountain hiking or easy promenades in Saint Jean Pied de Port, mountain or country-biking. Many long-distance footpaths registered in guides. Ideal touring base to discover Bayonne, Biarritz, the inside of French and Spanish Basque Country. 1/2 hour driving to San Sebastian, a little more than an hour to the Bilbao Guggenheim. Entertainment at night is varied: local "fêtes Basques" (like Toro de fuego) in many villages around either on French or Spanish side! Something about ourselves
My husband and I (he runs a luxury outlet-showroom and a net-site, I'm a guide) and live in Paris, have 3 kids. The older has just got married(28), the second(25) works and the younger(19) is a student. They all love going to Saint Jean de Luz. This summer, we'll only have the youngest two + a friend with us for the exchange. We've had an exciting and friendly exchange last summer. We love to discover new countries and people! This summer, we would still love to go to Italy , but also Croatia, Greece( Crete especially), Cyprus? and are open to offers.  = marks the location of this home
