Description of our house
The flat is located in the east side of Paris (12th arrondissement), close to the "Place de la Nation".
It's a 35m2 very nice, typically Parisian style flat with a wooden floor, mouldings, an old fireplace.
There is a living room, a bedroom, a small fitted kitchen, a bathroom (separated toilets), all well divided up.
Luminous, calm (on the yard side), it's located on the fifth floor (be careful, there is no elevator !) of a beautiful, beginning of the
XIX century, building located in a safe, residential area.

Our neighborhoodIdeal for a couple which would like to visit Paris, you can find many small shops (for bread, fresh fruits & vegetables, fish, wine, ...). There's also a market every wednesday and saturday mornings.
The nearest underground/subway station is only at 5 minutes walk away; from there, you can access all the main touristic areas
(Bastille, le Marais, l'Hotel de Ville, le Louvre, les Champs Elysees, la Défense)
You can also enjoy a nice walk in the biggest wooden park which is only 10 minutes walk away.

Something about ourselvesAged 32, I have been living Paris since 2000. I'm a history/geography teacher.
