A bright and cosy apartment on the 7th floor -with elevator-. It would be perfect for a couple visiting Paris.
The living room contains a dining table, a sofa, a LCD flat-screen and DVD player (Xbox 360), an Internet connection (optic fiber, up to 100Mb/s) with wi-fi and lot of books in English and French. The kitchen and bathroom are functional (Washing-machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer etc.). The bedroom contains a big comfortable bed and guitars. A bright and cosy apartment on the 7th floor -with elevator-. It would be perfect for a couple visiting Paris.

The apartment is located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris which is one of the best district of the city. The Trocadero, leading to the Eiffel Tower and Champ-de-Mars, is only 10 minutes away from the apartment, in the same district.
At a 50 m distance from the building, you can find a metro station : Michel-Ange Molitor (2 lines: M9 and M10), which allows you to go almost everywhere, quickly, in Paris.
At a 5 min distance, on foot, are great shopping and restaurants streets (Village d'Auteuil, Rue de Passy). The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, though there are plenty of nice cafés, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
In the warm period of the year you can also enjoy walking or cycling to the Bois de Boulogne (biggest park inside Paris) located 300m from the apartment, just behind the famous Roland Garros village (Tennis tournament). There is a rent-a-bike station right across the street. There is also the only Parisian mall across the street open till 10PM, which can be really helpful.

We are Lise (24 yr old) and Alexandre (26),
Lise is a statistician and econometricians for the French national institute of statistics and economic studies, Alex is a Quantitative fund manager. We're both found of running, hiking and all kinds of sports; moreover, Alex likes (and plays) music and Lise reading. We are a very curious and open-minded couple.
We do not smoke. We are a neat and respectful couple; we take good care of other people's things, so we expect visitors to do the same with our apartment. We like all animals and can take care of yours!
We've never swapped home yet, this is our first time. We're really excited to try it: we would like to discover new cultures and way of lives. We're looking for an immersion stay !
