The area is well served by public transport: A three metro stops from Nation, three metro stops from Republique, 25 minutes from the Champs Elysees by subway (direct line), 15 minutes by bus to Chatelet...
The area is lively. There are bars, restaurants and various shops.
The building is very quiet. The neighbors are not noisy. The windows overlook the court, which will protect you from traffic noise. In addition, the windows glasses are double.
