Notre appartement est un 2 pièces d’une superficie de 50 m2. Il est situé dans un immeuble haussmanien du 19ème siècle, et conserve tout le cachet d’un appartement ancien. Les plafonds sont hauts, décorés de moulures, et la chambre comme le salon sont équipés de cheminées d’époque.
Notre immeuble est entièrement sécurisé avec un digicode et par la présence d’une concierge.
Situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, notre appartement est organisé comme suit:
- 1 long couloir meublé d’une bibliothèque dessert toutes les pièces de l’appartement
- Une salle-de-bain avec une cabine de douche, un lavabo et WC
- La cuisine, entièrement équipée : frigo, congélateur, four et plaques de cuisson à gaz, lave-linge, et divers robots de cuisine. Une table permet à 2 personnes de dîner dans la cuisine.
- La chambre de 18 m2, avec parquet d’origine et cheminée. Elle est équipée d’un bureau et d’un grand lit pour 2 personnes.
- Le salon de 16m2, avec parquet flottant et cheminée en marbre. Le salon est équipé d’une grande table et de 5 chaises, d’une télévision et lecteur DVD, d'une connection internet avec wifi, et d’un canapé convertible en couchage pour 2 personnes.

We live in a 2 bedroom apartement, with an area of 50 m2. It is located in a Haussmann's style building of the 19th century, with the charm of an old apartment. The ceilings are high, decorated with moldings, and the bedroom like the living-room are both equipped with fireplaces.
Our building is fully secured with a digital code at the entrance and by the daily presence of a caretaker.
All the rooms of our flat have a view of a small courtyard.
Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, and is organized as follows:
- A long corridor furnished with a library which serves all parts of the apartment
- A long en-suite bathroom with a shower, a simple sink and the toilets
- The kitchen is fully equipped with : fridge, freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, and various food processors. A little table allows two people to dine in the kitchen.
- The bedroom is 18 m2, with its original parquet floor and fireplace. It is equipped with a desk and a large bed for 2 people.
- The living room is 16m2, with parquet flooring and marble fireplace. It features a large table and 5 chairs, TV and DVD player, internet connection with wifi, and a sofa bed for 2 people. Notre appartement est situé dans le 16 ème arrondissement de Paris. La station de métro « Exelmans » (ligne 9) se trouve juste en face de notre immeuble. Cette ligne de métro dessert directement le Trocadéro pour voir la Tour Eiffel, le quartier de l’Opéra Garnier, et les Grands Magasins situés sur le Boulevard Haussman.
Mais cette ligne permet également de se rendre très facilement dans les différents musées et monuments parisiens.
Plusieurs lignes de bus se trouvent également dans notre rue, et permettent de rejoindre le quartier Opéra ou le Sud-Est de Paris, avec le quartier moderne de la "Bibliothèque François-Mitterand".
Notre appartement se trouve également à 10 minutes du Parc des Princes (où ont lieu quelques matchs de football), de l’hippodrome d’Auteuil, et du bois de Boulogne, un des plus grands parcs de Paris, idéal pour se promener.
A 5 min à pieds, vous trouverez tous types de commerces de proximité : boulangerie, boucherie, supermarché et autres brasseries et cafés parisiens.
Le quartier est très calme.

And you can easily go to various museums and monuments with this tube line too.
Several bus lines are also found in our street that reach the district of Opera and the South East of Paris, as the modern district of the "Francois Mitterand Library".
Our apartment is just 10 minutes from the "Parc des Princes" (a famous french football stadium), the "Hippodrome d'Auteuil", and the "Bois de Boulogne", one of the biggest park in Paris, ideal for walking.
You will only be a 5 min walk away from all types of shops, such as: bakery, butcher, supermarket and other Parisian brasseries and cafes.
