We offer a beautiful house in the heart of Paris – situated in a lovely and quiet backyard. 2 bedrooms for 4 people. Non smoking.
The house has a small but private courtyard/garden on ground floor (150 sq ft), big enough to have your meals or just enjoy the sun.
On main floor there is a living room, dining room and kitchen (538 sq ft) + technical room & WC (86 sq ft).
On first floor, there are two bedrooms (parental one with dressing (258 sq ft) with double bed King size and direct access to a sunny terrace, the other one (194 sq ft) with King size bed too and a bathroom (86 sq ft) including shower, bath, sink & WC.
On first floor, there is a sunny terrace (108 sq ft).
Our home is spacious, confortable, clean and "easy to use" with very friendly neighbors in a warm and inviting classical backyard.
Nicely decorated, including furniture designed by Christian Liaigre.

Our house is located in lively and typical part of Paris (3 blocks from Canal St Martin) with famous open air market 5 minutes away and walking distance from Canal St Martin, Le Marais, and other charming places.

The neighborhood offers quite a few restaurants and typical Paris old streets and places as well. We also love good food and can recommend you many incredible good restaurants in Paris.
