From everywhere in the apartment, you have a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower!
You can see everyday the sun rise and the sun set on the Eiffel Tower while relaxing on the terrace!
At night, you can watch the Eiffel Tower magically sparkle every hour from everywhere in the apartment!
The apartment opens to an amazing 130 square meters (1300 sq ft) private terrace with panoramic views on the Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars Park, Hotel d’Invalides, where you can sunbathe and rest after a day discovering Paris, have a glass of wine, have a barbecue or dinner....
Triple light exposure, the property is full of natural light, calm.
The apartment was entirely renovated by a renowned architect last year with high quality materials.
Our home has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 persons.
The main bedroom has:
- a super king size bed
- electric curtain with timer, so that you can wake up to the amazing view of the Champ de Mars park and the Eiffel tower from the room
- its private walk-in closet
- its private bathroom with shower with “massage system” and a double wash bassin
The second room has:
- a twin bed
- an antique marble Louis XV chimney
- a unique view on the Eiffel tower and the Hotel d’Invalides
The third room has:
- a single bed
- its private 30 square meters terrace, with a beautiful view on a church bell tower
The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower and a double wash bassin.
There are also 2 separate toilets.
Our kitchen has:
- Direct access to the terrace and view of the Eiffel Tower
- Table bar that can seat four people and you can open the window so that you are sitting inside but with an open view on the terrace & Eiffel Tower
- Little lower table for kids, can seat 4 kids
- is equipped with a large refrigerator and a large freezer, stove/oven, microwave
- Nespresso coffee machine
- dishwasher and laundry washer
- all kinds and sizes of pots, pans and utensils are available for your use.
The living/dining room has a TV and cable as well as a home cinema and DVD player.
The dining area has seating for ten people.

Our apartment is in the 15th/7th arrondissement of Paris, one of the most exclusive in Paris, close to sites and museums, parks, restaurants and access to transit.
We are more than happy to direct you to our favorite boulangerie, wine shop, cheese shop, restaurant and café right in front of our apartment! There are endless things to do in Paris…
Right in front of our apartment, just cross the street and you can visit the Eiffel Tower!
Cross the street an go to the Champ de Mars park where you can have a picnic or jog even at night time since the park is lit at night. Children can ride their bicycle or a poney there, there a food stands offering crepes, barbapapa and ice cream!
You can also see Napoleon’s tomb at Hotel d’Invalides, stroll the rose gardens and see Rodin’s work at the Musee Rodin, sit and watch the boats go by on a bench along the Seine or visit the dynamic Musee du Quai Branly.
The apartment is also steps from the pedestrian market street of rue Cler where you will find wine shops, cheese sellers, a butcher, bakeries as well as numerous cafes and brasseries. For shopping we are close to rue St. Dominique and rue Commerce.
Metro stops are very close, as well as taxi stands. In front of our apartment there are also bus stops and a Velib stand, full of bikes to rent for a day or the week. We are a short bus or metro ride to the Louvre, the Champ d’Elysees, the Jardin du Luxembourg, Palais Royal, the Arc de Triomphe, as well as numerous other interesting sites.
