Charmante petite maison, sur 3 niveaux, en plein Paris!..
Proche de la Très Grande Bibliothèque et de la Seine. La maison est très agréable avec un séjour plus cuisine au rez-de-chaussée (belle hauteur sous plafond), la chambre d'enfants (2 couchages possibles) plus leur salle de bain à eux (!) , et un bureau-bibliothèque au 1er, et l'espace des parents : chambre et salle de bains au second.
Jardinet privatif pour prendre son breakfast ou ses repas donnant sur une cour intérieure pavée... pour arpenter la capitale de fond en comble et se reposer au calme, après !
Lovely 3 storeys little house, with a small private garden in central Paris : Living room and open kitchen are on the 1st floor, opening on the garden and the paved courtyard, where kids can play ; the kids' room and small bathroom, and Fred's office, with a sofa to take a nap are on the 2nd floor; the 3rd floor is the parents' level with a larger bedroom and bathroom. Notre maison est ds un quartier très calme, proche de tous les lieux à voir (15 à 30 minutes à pied ou transport): Quartier latin, Gobelins /Mouffetard, Gde bibliothèque, Bercy, Beaubourg, Louvre/Palais Royal, Bastille/Marais, Tour Eiffel..., directs en M° ou bus (le 27 est une ligne de rêve pour découvrir la beauté de Paris et il s'arrête à 2 pas).
Il y a commerces, cafés, restaurants et bien sûr deux marchés à immédiate proximité...
Nous adorons notre ville et vous laisserons nos bonnes adresses... , tout en étant preneurs de vos découvertes !
Our home is in a very calm area, really close to lively streets, full of cafes and people and to all the places to visit ( 5 to 30 minutes): walking distance or by M° or bus (direct lines) to Latin quarter (St Michel/St Germain), Gobelins /Mouffetard, Gde Bibliothèque, Bercy, Beaubourg, Louvre/Palais Royal, Bastille/Marais, Eiffel Tower...
Shops are nearby (bakery, grocery, and of course a cafe & a market are round the corner)...
We do love our city and will share with you our best adresses to go, but will also be happy to try what you will have discovered !!! Nous adorons Paris et les grandes villes, mais aussi les grands espaces, et notamment la randonnée en montagne et avons envie de découvrir le monde entier, à commencer par toutes les grandes capitales européennes, l'Italie et l'Espagne, encore et encore NY City, Jerusalem & Tel Aviv, l'Inde et ... notre propre pays, de la Normandie à la Provence !!!!...

We do love Paris and big cities, but also hiking in mountains and huge spaces and would love to discover the whole world, beginning with NY City (again & again), London, Amsterdam, Praha, Italy, Spain, Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, India... and our own country from Normandy to Provence !
