Recently renovated, my flat is a studio (280 sq. feet). A half of a partition wall separates the living room area and the bedroom area.
In the living room area, there is a confortable coach and a small dining table.
In the bedroom area, a bed (full/140cm), a small desk and a cupboard to put your clothes.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a grill microwave and an induction cooker.
In the bathroom, there are a bathtub, a washing machine with dryer, toilets and a window.
If you want to come to Paris on winter, you won't be cold in my place, it's very well heated.
If you like jazz music, you could listen to my vinyls records. I also have a digital piano.
The building is very clean and quiet, we have an on-site concierge and a door code.
My flat is at the 5th floor with an elevator.
One more thing, I don't have TV, sorry...
The good news is that you can phone freely almost evry phone numbers, included cell phones in USA.

Address : rue Erard - 12th district
Metro station at 50meters : Reuilly-Diderot (line 1 and 8)
****** NEIGHBOURHOOD ******
My building is located in a little quiet street with a lot of shops. At the bottom of the building, there are two bakeries, a cheese shop, an Italian caterer, a butchery and a greengrocer. A supermarket is at 200 meters.
I love my neighborhood, it is a typical Parisian area with different people from different social layers. There are many bars and restaurants and the famous Aligre Market, the most animated market in Paris and also the cheapest! It is held every morning except Monday, and particularly animated on Saturdays and Sundays. As the market winds down, you could follow the locals to the old-fashioned Baron Rouge wine bar for a glass of wine and saucisson or have a coffee at a terrace cafe on the Aligre Place.
The other great thing of the neighborhood is the "Promenade Plantee", a flowered and elevated walkway, above the avenue Daumesnil and high of 10 meters, which links the Bastille to the Bois the Vincennes (4,5km) in a lovely garden environment :

**** GETTING AROUND ****
- Subway
To visit other areas in Paris, just walk 50 meters and you're at the metro station "Reuilly-Diderot" with two different lines: line n°1 and line n°8 which lead you DIRECTLY to all the best touristic attractions in Paris :
7 minutes to go to La Bastille and his great Opera
10 minutes to Le Marais
15 minutes to the Louvre
25mn to the Champs-Elysées and the Opera Garnier
15 minutes to the famous Bois de Vincennes.
With only one change of subway line, you will be in 25 minutes in the heart of the Quartier Latin or in Montmartre.
A bit further, you can reach Disneyland very easily by train in 55 minutes and the Château de Versailles in 1h15.
- Buses
If you prefer the buses (I do !), there are two stops very close from my building with two lines (57 and 46), one of them leads you in 10 minutes at the beautiful Daumesnil Lake where you can hire one of the small boats to tour the lake.
- Bike
You also can visit Paris by bike using VELI'B, the biggest bike-sharing in the world run by the Paris town hall. There are two Veli'b stations close to my building. Address : rue Erard - 12th district
