We have a nice and comfortable house inside Paris. It has four levels.
On the main floor there is a living room, dining room and kitchen. On the first floor, there are two rooms (one with a double bed with access to a sunny terrace, the other has baby/child bed) and a bathroom.
On the second floor (under the roof) there is a children room.
In the basement (english style : with windows opening to the garden), there is an office/bedroom (with a sofa turning into a comfortable double bed), and a second bathroom, and laundry space.
The house has a small courtyard/garden, big enough to have your meals (bbq, plancha...) or just enjoy the sun and the birds singing.
On the first floor, there is a sunny terrace, with a table, where you can also have meals. You can park your bike there if you have one (or borrow mine).
Parking space available in a guarded carpark very close. We have a nice and comfortable house inside Paris. It has four levels.

The house is located in a charming small pedestrian street, where there are only houses. This is a whole area (Called the Mouzaia, "campagne à Paris"), which is very quiet, peaceful and typical. All the streets have flowered gardens.
The house is located next to two subway station (20 away from Notre Dame, quartier latin, etc...), shopping area, boulangerie, supermarket... It is also close to the "Parc des Buttes chaumont" (5 minutes), one of the greatest in Paris, ideal for children, sunbathing, running, and it has great bars ("Rosa Bonheur" one of the most popular in Paris) and restaurant. We are a thrity years old couple, Hélène and Jérémie, with a little 4 years old daughter and a 1,5 year little boy. We love to travel and have been to many places in the world.
Home exchanging is the way we found to keep travelling with young children.
We would like to exchange in april-may during the school vacation with à couple of friends (6 people exchange) and during summertime, without children.
