Very charming apartment, quiet and very sunny, 11th floor, very big windows, view on west Paris, elevator. Renovated in 2009.
We arrive directly in the livingroom, a friendly room with a bar and kitchen, totally equiped : electric plate : 4 fire, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave...etc
In the living, the main room, we can choose an artbook or a novel in the bookcase, listen music, watch tv or just laze in the sun from 4pm.
There is a desk with internet connexion.
Big cupboard to tidy your clothes.
The bedroom is very pleasant with a view too on Paris and a little desk.
The bathroom with a bath-tub. The WC are separate.
Everyone says it, we feels well in this apartment, quiet and peaceful after stroll in the city. Ideal for a couple (in the bedroom) with 2 little children (sofa-bed confortable in the living). Our apartment is ideally beetween Alexandre Dumas subway station (line 2) and Maraichers (line 9)in the 20th arrondissement. In same time trendy/arty and popular (working-class), you can find nice cafés, restaurants very differents (french, chinese, north african...) and bio dynamic wine merchant. Several supermarkets, street markets, close by the apartment.
For nice walk, 5mn close to the apartment you find the Cimetery of Père Lachaise, pleaseant for a coolness in full summer. With our bikes, you can be in 20mn in the center of Paris, Centre Pompidou, Le Marais district for trendy shopping and littles museum and galeries of art. And more of course.
The district around Alexandre Dumas is perfect for holidays which combine culture, good restaurants & cafés and cosmopolitan ride/walk...
