Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a typical Parisian building from the beginning of the century. It measures 70m2 and has the great advantage of being very bright due to our 9 windows. The exposure of our balcony is "southwest", it's particularly pleasant to enjoy between 2:00pm and 7:00pm.
The living room is 35m2 and includes a cozy lounge, a dining area and kitchen. We are fortunate to have parquet in this room, as in the rest of the apartment. We also have a marble fireplace in each room. Our room is 16m2 and we chose a relaxing and confortable decor. The apartment also has an office and an entry distributing the parts. Our bathroom has been redone in morrocan style.
We love the cozy interiors and we had great care in choosing our furniture, and generally to decorate our apartment.
We sincerely hope that you will feel as well as we! Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a typical Parisian building from the beginning of the century. The 10th arrondissement is central and frequently called the "Real Paris".
We chose this area because of its proximity to the Opera Garnier (20 minutes walk), Centre Pompidou / Les Halles (15 minutes walk) and the Montorgueil district with its famous pedestrian shopping street (10 minutes walk) . For those who prefer public transportation, we are served by 6 subway lines and lots of bus lines.
We live in the Rue du Faubourg St Denis, which is renowned for traditional French shops (bakery, delicatessen etc.). On Sunday, the atmosphere is very friendly and family, especially around the market St Quentin. The sun terraces are numerous and you will always find a good table! The area is known for having the best addresses Turkish, Indian and Pakistani in Paris. Some French "Brasseries" are also very popular in our street.
For night owls, our neighborhood includes lots of trendy bars and restaurants.
We'd love to send you our list of favorite restaurants and "cafés"!
