Our home is located in a quiet village in the countryside nearby Paris, with all amenities (supermarket, bakery, chemistry, post-office, doctor).
The house is a one-level recently build, very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families with 3 or 4 kids. It is surrounded by a peaceful and sunny garden, with 2 terraces (front and rear) with tennis table, BBQ and possibility to have meals outdoor.
We have a large and fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, oven, microwave, Nespresso) opening on a comfortable double dining/living room. There also 4 bedrooms : the master bedroom (king size bed) and 3 children bedrooms. The bathroom has both shower and bath. The laundry is equipped with washing and drying machines.

This is a small village in the country side, 15 minutes from Paris-Beauvais airport (Ryanair) but without any distrubance (not on flights route).
Beauvais is quite a big town, 10 min drive from home, with all amenities, shopping centers, sport resorts and a beautiful cathedral.
Paris is 45 min drive, Disneyland 1 hour, the seaside 1 hour, and Normandie (Deauville, Trouville Honfleur) 2 hours.
It is also easy to drive to the Champagne wine yards.

We are Furio and Marie, a married couple on our late 40's, with 3 children : Elise (20), Erica (14) et Thomas (10).
I am working as Sales Director for an industrial company and my wife is having multiple artistic and creative activities.
We are living in Paris area since 13 years and have previously spent some years in Italy as well as in different places in France (Marseille, Lyon, Epinal..).
We love discovering new cultures, new places and meeting people.
We had a first exchange on Summer 2010 with an Irish family and a second one this Christmas with a Dutch one. Both have been a really great experience we would like to repeat again.
