Our house is charming, quiet and cosy. It's very sunny, with windows that show gardens and flowers fo the neighbourhood. There is a big living room on the ground floor (60 m2), with an open kitchen with all commodities and a friend's bedroom. Kids bedrooms and their bathroom are at the 1st floor .

We live in a charming distric of houses in Paris, where there are lots of shops. It is located just near the beautiful "Parc des Buttes Chaumont". Families and artists live there in houses with little gardens. It's a typical district of Paris, named "La Mouzaïa or Quartier des Amériques). Lots of films are done here. You also can find great restaurants (every sorts of food), every shops to by food or books or flowers or anything you need. There is also a market that takes place 3 times a week. We are a family of 5, Pascale and François, with 3 boys : Valentin who is 12, Simon who is 8, and Yann who is 4. We both work, François as a Graphic Designer and me as a Consultant in human ressources. We love to travel and we travel a lot, even with our kids who behave very well. It will be the first time that we exchange our home but we really want to do it and we have our nearest neighbour and friend who is american and do it often... So she can help us !
