The neighborghood is very secure and lively. You can walk out in the evening/night without problem. If you wish a real Parisian experience, like a real Parisian, that is the place: each morning, you can go down and buy fresh bread "baguettes" and "croissants" at the bakery, just at the corner of the street (really at the corner of the street!) enjoy Parisian "marches" (markets) to buy fruit, vegetable, cheese, meat, and come back to cook everything in the completly equiped kitchen. You prefer to go to cafe and restaurants? Typical restaurants, "brasserie" or "bistro" are numerous just around, and you could choice between popular one, or more select. Anyway, we have experimented lots of them, nearby or more far, and you can let you the good adresses! If you like to go out, you will find around cinema (movies), several theaters, differents parks, small or bigger, for jogging, for children to play, or just to walk... Most major museums are easy to reach by direct metro in few minutes. From home, you can easily reach Disneyland with public transportation (less than 30 mn).

We are a family of 5, both teachers, with 3 children well behaved, non smoker, with no pets. We are experimented exchangers, and we take care of other's goods.
