A cosy and charming 55mē apartment, with all facilities. The living/dining room is decorated with modern/contemporary furnitures, there's a computer with internet (you can connect with your own computer with wifi), a hifi system, many books and everything needed to spend good time. The sleepingroom has a king size bed, a sofa (convertible to a double bed), two desks and a huge "cupboard-wall". There's a bright kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, and many tools for cooking different french regional specialities (galette, raclette, pierrade and french fries). There's also a washing machine very easy to use. The bathroom is nice, small and fonctional, with a shower.

Our neighborhood
In the heart of Paris, it's a very good location, a quiet street (Rue Faidherbe) close from La Bastille, one of the trendiest place in Paris. You'll find everything you need, food, open-air market, shopping, sightseeing, art galleries, museums, Opera and nightlife, only a few minutes walking away in La Bastille, Le Marais and Oberkampf. It's a typical parisian place with all types of restaurants, bars and clubs. You'll also find the main monuments only few metro stations away... Metro, bus, velib'(a new bike renting system) are at the door of the residence. Something about ourselves
We are a young married couple, I'm 28, architect, she's 29, psychologist, we love traveling, music and art... It's the first time we make a "house-exchange" but we are use to host friends and also foreigners, and we like it, doing our best to make people have a nice stay in Paris. We are now interested to find people from Barcelona, to make a "home-exchange" during this summer holiday, around the 29th of July to the 12th of August.  = marks the location of this home
